Extremely bad service

I booked my car in to have a noise checked out, received a quote for R 15,500, and was assured the problem will be fixed. The day I had to collect my car the noise was still there. My car has now been there for 2 weeks and it is still not fixed. If I do not phone, I hear nothing from them...and the only reply I get is that they are busy with it. This is ridiculous as they replaced parts that have nothing to do with the noise in the first place, and I have no idea when or even if my car will be fixed at all. I have emailed a complaint to *** as suggested by an agent on Toyota's website, and I have not received a response from them either.
