The absolute best service that we have EVER received at a dealership. Not only did we get an amazing deal on a brand new Toyota Urban Cruiser, but we got it all the same day we app****. Documents submitted, approved, validated, invoiced, contract signed and we took delivery. Thank you so much to Mercia Venter, our sales consultant, you are magic and I will highly recommend that anyone who walks into Toyota in Midrand, seek out Mercia Venter. No matter how busy Mercia was (and trust me she was exceptionally busy), she never neglected us for even a second. When we first app**** for finance, we app**** at Aksons Wheels in Pietermaritzburg. After a very stressful week and having to constantly beg for assistance from the sales person, we were not happy. Then Mercia called and offered to help. The following day I drove home in a brand new car.
