Excellent Service - Ridwaan Rawat (Parts Manager; Toyota Woodmead)

On Friday 5 April 2024, I found out that the tow bar I installed on my car was not correct for a camping trailer that I have hired for a trip I am going on this week. As you can imaging, I was in a complete panic. I reached out to Toyota Woodmead (where I bought and service my car) and spoke to Ridwaan. He did not have the correct part in stock but managed to source it for me. He told me not to worry and to bring my car in on Monday the 8th of April and he will do the rest. Yesterday, Ridwaan sourced and installed the new tow bar for me. He mentioned to me that he was going on leave from Tuesday, and as such wanted to make sure that everything was 100% with my car before he left the office. Yesterday afternoon, the job was done, my problem was solved and I can now continue to plan for my trip at the end of this week. Ridwaan was an absolute star. Thank you for the incredible service.
