Excellent aftersales service!

I purchased a Fiat 500 in May 2020 (during lockdown) from Toyota Gezina. The salesman, Mr André Kruger brought the car to my house in Centurion, took me for a testdrive and had his F&I office contact me immediately thereafter. His service during the whole process was amazing. I was made certain promises wrt some maintenance that had to be done on the car, which was not possible during the lockdown regulations of the time. The trade in of my current vehicle was hassle-free, as was taking delivery of the Fiat. There were some issues with getting certain parts for the car that had to be imported from Italy. As I was getting impatient, the dealer pricipal, Ms Jana Policar stepped in and she had all issues, outstanding parts and maintenance, etc sorted. Jana kept me informed on any progress and communication received from the Fiat dealership that ordered the parts.
