Do not Support Bidvest McCarty Centurion( They don't need your business)

I have been servicing my Jeep with McCarthy Centurion for the last 2 years. I have been complaining about the clutch from the 60000km service, every service they use the excuse that it will take 2 days to get the work done and they cannot offer me a courtesy vehicle because they don't sell the brand anymore. 1. I have taken the vehicle to them for the repair on Wednesday they have not done any work to the vehicle. (Nothing has been done) 2. I was told by the service adviser that they will strip and take photo's of the damage and submit a claim. (Still not submitted the claim to FCA Group) 3. Left my family stranded without transport for over a week. 4. Spoken to the service manager Joe that just bluntly brushed me off and said that they will look into it.
