Disgusting slow service experience

Absolutely ********** service experience from Toyota especially the service advisor Darren Dreyer.... vehicle sent for brakes repairs and it's 4 days now and it's still not fixed apparently awaiting parts.Will NEVER EVER BUY FROM Toyota again biggest mistake ever.
