Disgusting service Bidvest Toyota Durban North

Went into Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Durban North to have my brakes checked on Thurs 14/12. Was told that they could only see my car on Tuesday. I said how can u do that I need to get back to Jhb on Monday. The service advisor Darren Dreyer said I could leave my car there for 2 days but no guarantee that they would have a chance to look at it. What awesome service. Makes me feel like I should never have got a Toyota
