Dealership Non-Compliance with MIOSA Outcome – No Vehicle After 19 Days

I previously posted regarding this matter, but I have not received any response. Now my car has been with the dealership for more than 19 days and no communication.

MIOSA ruled in my favour and instructed the dealership to repair my vehicle within 15 days. Previously, I was also promised on HelloPeter that once MIOSA had provided an outcome, the dealership would comply accordingly.

However, I have experienced ongoing issues with the dealership manager. Initially, he acknowledged receiving the MIOSA outcome and confirmed that the vehicle would be repaired. But later changed and asked me to summarize MIOSA outcome for him, which I eventually did just so that I can get my car repaired.

Upon collection of the vehicle, we requested to inspect it, as it had previously been returned with a missing rubber pedal. The person who collected the car refused to allow this inspection.

It has now been more than 15 working days since the vehicle was collected, despite MIOSA indicating a 15-day repair period. I have not received communication regarding the status of the car, whether they are awaiting parts, or if there are any delays. I sent an email to the dealership manager requesting an update, and I haven't received a response, 5 days later.

I am also concerned that the vehicle has once again been taken to the same mechanic who previously failed to fix it and made the situation worse and ended up losing the warranty. This is very concerning.

At this stage, I remain without my vehicle, and no progress has been communicated, even after the MIOSA outcome.

Urgently escalate this matter and provide a clear update and way forward. This is non-compliance with MIOSA's directive.
