Checking in time for service on App

I don't see an email on the website, so I decided to post it here to get your attention. Why do the Toyota App give you times to check in at service on the morning, when Toyota only opens at 07:00??? My wife works in the area and was on-time 06:30 with no one in sight. You can even check in at 06:15. At other Toyota's with my experience this is not the case, they are there and assist you according to the time you choose on the app. And this is not only me complaining, the other people that was there this morning also was unhappy. AND SURELY, this cannot be the first time your guys are hearing of this.........change the app or give a popup message that you only open at 07:00. I could have chosen another Toyota that offer this service. This is unhappy customers that is easy to prevent...Hope you find this in good spirit.
