Charges for work not done
As part of my service I requested tyre rotation and wheel balancing and alignment. I was invoiced for all these, yet on inspection I found my markings 'F' on the front tyres showing that no tyre rotation took place!

14 Oct 2019, 13:59The Service Manager apologised for the poor service and said I will not have to pay for the wheel alignment and said a new revised invoice will be sent to me. Upon reviewing the revised invoice the wheel alignment for R240 was made No Charge but the original 7.5L Engine Oil of R571.43 was increased to R740.63. I thought Toyota South Africa prides itself on transparency as per their sales slogan. This whole episode does not speak well of their integrity.
