Bidvest Toyota N1 Horrible Service

I had worst experience with Bidvest Toyota in N1 City. I brought in my Toyota Corolla Quest for a Major Service on Friday morning. I forgot to Remove my Jacket in the trunk and I trusted the Dealer with my Belongings.

In my surprise late Friday night after I picked up my Vehicle find out my Jacket is missing in my Car, called Bidvest in the Morning on Saturday and got told the Service Dept is closed. I called Today to inform the Advisor about the missing jacket in my car. I got Told they're not responsible for anything missing in the car what was Disappointing the most about the Advisor wasn't even interested to do some findings regard my missing item or a courtesy of Willingness. Thank you for their pathetic Service and I wont use them again.

I regret not booking my Car to Barloworld Kuilsriver, not even a single day my items went missing in my car not even R1. Because Barloworld is the Company of Intergrity and Friendly staff.
