We sold our vehicle to Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Durban Kingsmead 23/03/2019, they assessed the vehicle and they were happy with the condition and told us the price they were willing to pay us for it, we were happy and left the car with them and signed all necessary paper work and documents, the sales lady Sharmala Govender told us that they would make payment to us for the car in about 2/3 days, we were happy and left knowing that Bidvest McCarthy Toyota Durban Kingsmead is a reputable company and we should not encounter any issues. almost 3 weeks later we are still to receive payment for our vehicle and are having to call/email them and beg them to pay us for the car, they keep telling us payment is made in PTA and they will pay. 02/04/2019 i had to call and email them and spend alot of my time arguing with them on the phone begging for my money as i need to use it for my business, eventually Sharmala Govender told me she has escalated the matter and assured me that Bidvest McCarthy Toyota has made the payment and assured me that they made the EFT an immediate payment and should reflect in a few minuets. 03/04/2019 i still have not received the money and they lie to me and say they definitely made the payment on 02/04/2019 (email proof of all this) and they are not sure why it hasn't reflected in my account i should be patient, i then ask them for a proof of payment seeing that they say its been paid and a proof of payment will make me feel better cause i have been waiting for 2 weeks for MY money, when i ask for proof of payment i get a big run around and no one wants to send it to me saying i will get it but i must relax payment was made 02/04/2019. i now have received a proof of payment saying that they only made the payment today 03/04/2019 at 13:45 after i had to call and send emails to everyone at Bidvest McCarthy Toyota, i am very disappointed in their service and frankly their LIES and they showed they could not be interested that i needed the money to run my business and that i have lost a client. i am yet to receive the money in my account and seeing as they only made payment today as per the proof of payment i can only hope to get it in 2days time because they have not made it an immediate payment. i did not expect such poor service from Bidvest McCarthy Toyota and will surely not use their services in the future.
