BIDBEST MCCARTHY TOYOTA WOODMEAD POOR/BAD SERVICE

I booked my car for the first a service at 15 000km; when I arrived on Friday the 5th of May 2023 no records could be found of my booking it was strange that I did not receive any sms notifications; during the day I had to call the Service Advisor to advise when my vehicle will be ready for collection. On collection my car was not even vacuumed front at the driver seat or in the back. I have been trying to call the Advisor since 8am this morning to complain phone is just ringing left a message for her to return my call so let's see.
