To provide clarity, about 2 months ago, you reported a foul smell in your vehicle and brought it to our dealership for inspection. Our team discovered a dead rodent behind the dash and took steps to clean the area and performed an aircon treatment. However, despite our efforts, the smell persisted. You then contacted our service team to report that the smell was still noticeable, and they advised you to bring the car back for further assistance.
We are puzzled as to why you opted to involve Hellopeter given our proactive attempts to address your concerns and our offer to continue helping, despite it being beyond our normal scope of service. Additionally, you stated that our employees treated you with respect and did not mistreat you in any way. We want to reiterate that while deep cleaning is not within our scope of duty, we always strive to go the extra mile for our customers, as demonstrated by our efforts to assist you. Our dealership's responsibilities, relating to warranty and non-warranty issues, encompass mechanical and electrical services, as well as repairs to clutches, brakes, suspensions, and part replacements.
Regrettably, we do not have the facilities to perform deep cleaning on your car. Therefore, we recommend seeking the services of an Auto Valet/car-wash facility, as they specialise in different cleaning methods. It may also help to air out your vehicle by leaving the doors and windows open at home when it is safe to do so.
