Bad service

I bought a used car in March 2023 a Mazda 2 2019. When I received the car there were items missing from the car fir example the left and right front seats adjustments, spare key and the speakers were not connected properly a month later I got 1 seat adjustment, to date I haven't received anything. I've called them a number of times and promises are made but nothing has been done even an update. It's not the 1st time I'm experiencing this with the Kingsmead branch....
