Amazing service received

Well done to the service team at Toyota Midrand.

I called the dealer after I experienced a technical issue with my Rav4 this week and aksed me to bring the car in for an assessment.

The sales consultant Lerato very friendly and patient while I nagged about my issue. She then called Ezekiel who is their technical specialist who understood excalty what my issue was.

I was kept up to date with the progress by Lerato and upon collecting my car the same afternoon, Ezekiel was there to explain to me what he discovered and how he repaired it.

After me nagging about the issue, Ezekiel surprised me my saying, "sir, we need to know about the issues that you are experiencing so that we can learn from this. This is our brand and we take pride in it so I would like to apologize for the technical issue that you have experienced but we appreciate you for taking the time so that we can learn from you to help other customers. You are part of our Toyota family."

I was lost for words..... :-)

Mr Rama, your team is absolutely phenomenal, I trust that your amazing service will be noticed throughout South Africa and that people will flock to you for this amazing sales and service experience.
