What a champion !!

I’d like to give 10 stars to Musa Mbatha who is a Mechanic at this branch, for his impeccable service.

Musa went out of his way to have my ignition sorted within the hour, upon our arrival at the dealership. I was so disheartened by my car being towed for the second time within a month for the same issue that I previously complained about. As a first time vehicle buyer/owner I didn’t anticipate such, two times in a row.

I was at PMB for my Aunt’s funeral and my car broke down on our way to the cemetery.

Long story short your dealership has an asset. Musa went as far as showing me what the issue was and even demonstrated it to me. He also did a report for me to check if everything else was okay in the car. Which is something that Renault Amanzimtoti failed to do after having my vehicle for a full week.

Thank you so much Musa for being so courteous. I don’t know what headache I’d be having at this point with the events of the past few weeks.
