Renault Pietermaritzburg. Bad service. They don't want the business.

After searching for a car, I decided on a Renault Kiger. One of the few automatics around. Top of the range. I went to Renault in Pietermaritzburg to meet with Njabulo as per our scheduled meeting. After doing my homework regarding the book value of my car, they came back with a ridiculous amount. I drove an hour to Renault to test drive the automatic. "Oh no, we can't drive the automatic, it's upstairs. Drive the manual, it's the same" he said. Imagine my irritation. Needless to say, a complete waste of time. Njabulo kept telling me how busy he was and had to get back to work. I followed up the next morning. "Sell your car through Webuycars", he said. I then asked him who his manager was so we could chat further about maybe doing a deal of some sort. "My manager isn't here. I'll get back to you." I'm still waiting. I then asked him via whatsapp if they had any Renault Clio's. No response. What a pity. I was really excited. I won't be going back.
