Dog S#!t service and car

I have a renault kwid climber, i have only serviced my car by them etc and i hqve constant issues with the car, my car went in becuase my gas pedal gabe problems and caused the engin light to come on as per the agent, they ordered a pedal it took 2 months to arrive amd when they installed it the pedal was loose and not tightened correctly, when i take the car in on a saturday and i tell yhem the issues i have with the car they tell me its saturday and they cant get to all the problems etc, from day 1 i have had issues with the car and they can never sort it out, wil defnitly never buy a car at the Mcarthy group every in my life and certainly will never buy a renault ever in my life.!
