Brand new renault triber "factory fault"

I would like to share my experience with bidvest mccarthy renault pietermaritzburg (renault) , in February my partner and I we bought a car, renault triber brand new but in less time it's gave me a problem of brake systems I tried to report it but they told me it's a factory fault, by that time the car was in business. I fixed it myself, it's was problem after problem I was never happy with the car, until yesterday where the car stopped taking gears while we are in the national going to Durban. I'm sorry but it only a mad person who'll go for renault it's unfair for a brand new car to be acting like this and not get any response than it's a factory fault I'm completely not happy with the brand. The company is telling me I don't have warranty I don't even know what to say I'm not happy at all.
