Renault Kwid SUCKS!!

I have purchased the Renault Kwid 2019 model, and since purchasing the car i have endless problems, i have informed the branch about this and i still have nothing resolved, ive been contacting Renault SA but still no response from them at all. i have also taken my car to the local dealer in Richards bay but they laugh at me cause i didnt purchase the car from them and they want me to pay for the services even when its a new car, the refuse to help me at all. taken the car to Renault gateway after telecom with them and still to date nun of the issues have been resolved even taking it to them 3 times for the same problem. they are all aware that i have relocated to Richards bay and no one is willing to assist me, ive no had enough of this, i have all email communications from Richards bay and i kept in copy the sales rep who purchased the car which she kept quiet the whole time, ive emailed Renault SA and still no response from them. i have been trying to call them and no luck their either, My best advise don't Purchase anything from Any Renault Dealers as you will never get any issues resolved, you will keep getting the run around.. i will be taking this further with out a dought.
