Excellent customer service

I have called numerous times to Renault Umhlanga as I was having issues with my car, all of which has since been resolved. I have spoken to Keshnie (pardon me of I'm spelling her name wrong) the lady in reception all these times and she has been nothing but helpful, understanding, patient and professional. The last time I was struggling to get ahold of the service agent I was looking for and was getting passed around from department to department to the point that I got very upset. She managed to calm me down and promised me that she will pass on message and also call me back of which she did. She is a true gem! we need more people like her in service related jobs.
