Despicable service

Despicable service. My car is only 2 years old and the exhaust is broken. I took it in because it's still under warranty but I haven't received the part nor has it been fixed 2 weeks later. No one there is helpful and I'm driving an unsafe car. I'm having to fix it myself with my own money at Supa Quick because it was hanging by a thread and almost fell out. I've never received such poor service in my life and the service consultant told me to deal with it
