POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MILK YOU FOR YOUR MONEY

Brought my car in gor a major service a month ago and paid over R10 000 for it. I switched my aircon on for the 1st time yesterday and it doesn’t work BUT YET IT WAS WORKING WHEN I BOOKED IT IN. I phoned the service department and I was told I must book my car in and I will be charged to get my aircon fixed? I would advise anyone NOT to use this branch for car service. Unprofessional and no accountability whatsoever
