Horrible service

If there was anyway i could rate this dealership less than 1, i would surely do so. i bought a Chevy cruze end of January 2019. For a starter it was such a hassle for me to see the vehicle because they kept on saying it's on the workshop for 101 checks but the car left the workshop with funny noise on the engine, which makes me ask myself what where they doing at the workshop if the car still have problems. I had to take the car back for service and get the noise and scratches fixed and i still had to call everyday because the date that the promised the car to be fixed had long passed. They will Never call you to update you on the progress, you do a follow up yourself. The car went for a service and get the scratches fixed. Now it towards the end of March here am i still waiting for the disk and number plate number, i call every time asking about the progress they always promise to call back but they will never call back i still call everyday to check on the progress. i have been using the temp registration since i purchased this car, the first temp expired on Feb and they renewed it. the new one expired today 20/03/2019 they make a new one again. The service in this dealership is horrible. My advise never ever go to this dealership, their service is horrible. i was warned about their service but i decided to give it a try and also the red flags were there but somehow i ignored everything and still went ahead with the purchase. *regret, regret and more regret*
