Bad experience

I'm so disappointed by the service i got from the sales person by the name Allan Tshimba, the guy is a lier, i bought the car from him, he promised to deliver the car i waited the whole day even though i was ****med as the he was no longer answering my calls, the following day the car was delivered as i was promised it will come with a sony radio and a full tank, none of those where in the car, he promised to courier the radio as i told him I'm not happy with his empty promises, the following day he said he has the radio with him so i must pay for the courier to where i am, i ended up sending someone to meet him so that he can collect the radio from him, when i opened the box i found a no name radio of which is not what he promised, he also promised that he will refund me the car registration money, of which i went to traffic at my own time and register the car using my own money and also pay for the number plates, and sent him the proof of payment as promised, I've been trying to call him hes no longer answering my phones its been two weeks now after I've sent him the proof so that he can pay me back, sometimes i even doubt if hes working under MacCarthy Nissan Woodmead, or hes a ****, i don't think i can refer someone to anyone to this dealer
