ABUSIVE and ****** staff

Stephen/Steven Wagenaar at Nissan Woodmead has no sense of what customer service is. Yelling and swearing at workshop staff as if they are dogs was just sad and infuriating to watch. Bidvest McCarthy why are you allowing/condoning such bad behaviour?? Sure enough his superiors know about his abusive ways but nothing gets done... What will you do about this??? Such *** behavior is disgusting. You've allowed remnants of the apartheid system remain in your organisation. Shame on you!
