Be careful of Bidvest McCarthy Nissan Melrose
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bidvest McCarthy Melrose. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz SLK200 after being informed that it had a full Mercedes-Benz service history. After purchasing the vehicle, I requested the service books and was informed that they had been lost. I then enquired about the full service history, and I was assured that the records would be obtained and forwarded to me. When the service history was eventually provided, I was shocked to discover that the vehicle did not, in fact, have a full service history as had been represented to me prior to the sale. A few days after the purchase, I was provided with a partial service history which revealed that the vehicle did not, in fact, have a full service history . The records further showed that at least two services had been carried out by non-Mercedes-Benz service providers. The vehicle also developed problems on the very day I collected it. Numerous defects and poor-quality repairs became apparent, including roof issues, warning lights, wheel vibration, and cosmetic defects. It also became evident that certain repairs had been carried out using silicone to fill gaps rather than being properly repaired. The vehicle spent an extended period back at the dealership for repairs, yet many of the issues remained unresolved. I remain dissatisfied with the condition of the vehicle and the manner in which this matter has been handled.I also attempted to cancel the deal, but this was refused, and I have since handed the matter over to Legalwise. I have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership due to the inaccurate representation of the vehicle's service history, the fact that it did not have a full service history as advertised, and the numerous defects that became apparent after purchase. I am sharing my experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions and so that this matter can receive the attention it deserves.

Stay away from buy cars from Marcathy Nissan Melrose , they are *****ster and ****** ,lies , who sell damaged cars.
I bought a Nissan magnite 2023 at Mccarthy Melrose Nissan , de car had a sound on brakes , same day I took de car from the dealership I informed the sales lady By the of Zanele Mo***eng. She booked de car to be checked , they said no de car is still too tight it will loose up, I took de back for 10000 service de sound was still de when u apply brakes , they continued assuring me dat the car its still new de sound will go away, now it 2025 i have informed dem dat the sound it still de, and rated dem 1, I got a call from Nissan SA regarding dis, I explained what happened , when they making a follow-up with Nissan , all of a sudden dey don't know anything about the issue. Stay away from Nissan Melrose they are ****** and unreliable dealership
