RE: Spare keys of pre-owned vehicle I purchased in December

Hi Please can someone assist. I’m extremely unhappy. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle (2015 Mazda 2 red) from Tshepo in December and traded in my Kia Picanto for this and paid in a balance. and to date I still haven’t received the spare keys for the Mazda. Tshepo still owes keys to the previous owner my vehicle belonged to, and that guy is now holding back my spare keys.. but this is not my problem. I need my keys sorted out, because when I traded my vehicle in and I handed over everything for my vehicle, not sure why I must be in the middle of this issue now. Can someone please assist me in sorting this out because I’m not getting any feedback or anywhere with Tshepo or his Manager. They keep saying that they will contact me, and they say they will try to get this sorted, but they never contact me or communicate in any way and when I phone them it's like they've never even tried to come up with solution. I'm really fed up now. It's been two and a half months, and nothing has been done.
