Poor service

On November 9th 2022 I had booked in my Ford Kuga for front wheel bearing and was quoted Over R16000. They took over 5 days to get the job done due to parts as I only got the the vehicle on November 14th. the job was of poor quality when i could could still hear a slight sound of worn wheel bearings and the right front wheel started showing grease. i failed to travel to Free State because of the problem. I took the vehicle back on Saturday, December 9th and they inspected the vehicle on December 12, and they said the booth was the problem, the even told me that they had fired the mechanic who worked on my vehicle, for other problems. According to the service department manager and foreman i was supposed to get vehicle on the 14th of December but it didn't happen. I had asked them for a courtesy vehicle, they made it available only to be told about a R40 000 access in case something happened to their vehicle. To this day I never received any call from the dealership, my nephew called them and I also called them but no call back from them. Only them know why they are not calling me back and still keeping me in darkness about my vehicle. The service is so poor to the extend that they don't even fail to give me a call.
