Missing Parts and Bad Service

I recently took my car for service at Ford The Glen and it was found that the engine is damaged and will need to be rebuilt or a new engine will need to be installed however the service advisor his name is Justin told us that the cost will be R60K or less we agreed for the car to be stripped then after he phones me after 2 days that the cost will be R102k for a rebuild engine or R126 for a new engine, We feel like we were mislead by him and we rejected the cost and we had to pay for a stripping cost which was around R10k after I took my cousin who used to work for Ford now self employed negotiated and we payed R8k and I fetched my car with a tow truck in pieces, Now my cousin is working on the car and he found some parts a missing (Coolant valve, Bonnet ledge, Coil pack)So I went back to asked for these and I was told there is nothing they can do and Dominic the service manager told me do I expect him to buy these parts for me, I was so angry I nearly punched him on the face but I managed to control myself, So right now I have to buy all these parts, So be careful when taking your car there.
