Bidvest McCarthy Ford The Glen

If u looking to buy a vehicle please be my guest and head down to Ford the Glen for the worst service EVER! Imagine buying a brand new vehicle with defects, the sale person: Saktish Singh is good at working out a great deal for u but when delivering a fresh off the boat vehicle, u have another thing coming your way, first I found defects on the canopy, complaint Logged, complaint resolved but that was with Beekman Boksburg but please don't ever tint your canopy with these guys (Ford the glen) cause it's awful, I took my van in for the second time and watched the applicator "Rocky" cut and retint the canopy back glass literally 10times, we understand that tinting a canopy is strange and hard work but 10times???? Lol the grip handle on a brand new vehicle loose???? Tailgate handle skewe? Rubbers that prevent wind and rain to get inside the vehicle is cut like a tsunami wave to accommodate useless tinting? Roof lining was kinked since day one, apparently they can't fix that??? So then I was dealing with Presely the manager, he was handling the tint query, so I opted to take it to a professional fitment center to get the tint done and I said let me cover the extra cause apparently Ford The Glen can only pay R800 towards the canopy?? ANYONE IN THIS COUNTRY KNOWS OF A PROFESSIONAL TINTING PERSONEL WHO CAN TINT 8 WINDOWS FOR R800 BESIDES ROCKY FROM FORD THE GLEN???? I advised Presely that I will log a call with Ford S.A to further this complaint, he said and I quote on his behalf: *Blaine, You are welcome to submit a complaint to Ford South Africa, from the dealership perspective, I have accomodated your every request, including redoing the Smash n Grab more than once* Unquote WHICH SERVICE PROVIDER TELLS A CLIENT THIS? I'm thinking maybe a person who goes to work just to get paid? And what did this guy really accommodate when I'm here on hellopeter advising the community of bad service? The roof lining still kinked, canopy rubbers are cut to accommodate awful tinting workmanship, tailgate lock cover installed skewe, tint is horrific, if u want to see little stars come look at my canopy at night lol I think these guys who sell cars, think we complain cause we want their money but it's actually the buyer who's keeping their business alive but I guess they want us to complain and blemish their status. I can assure everyone who reads, I will not let this rest until every query of mine is resolved. If a car dealerships wants good publicity, they need to work for it. Also Joe Huma, said he will handle my query, it's been 2 days already, I'm doubting if he's still working at Bidvest McCarthy Ford The Glen. *Where Tinting is for free but u are accommodated*
