Poor customer service at Renault Germiston-Bidvest McCarthy
Took the Renault Kiger for for service on the 15th of July 2026 in the morning and requested that they check the car as it was consuming water a lot. When I was expecting pick up they told me that the car war was leaking in the water pipe or water tank and they would like to keep the car until the following day. They will order the parts to fix the car. I told them that I dont have an alternative car and request that they let me take the car and will bring it on 22 July 2026. I waited for the car to be finished until 17:30 on the day of service. I phoned them on 21 July, the said item was not delivered, and will be delivered Friday. I phoned again on the promised Friday and the part is not delivered. There is no update on their part, I must keep on phoning them everytime without proper response.
