Worst service they don't deliver

I've got Bidvest Tyre Angel Insurance so I had two punctures on my two left wheels R571 road so I've submitted claim all the documents and I called to find out they said I should send advance picture of the license disk so when I was talking to them they said everything was received and sent to the accessor but I called and they putting me on hold the whole day up until I ran out of airtime mind you I went to do a quotation that's 88 km away because I live inside Kruger National Park now I had to go up and down for nothing it's a worst service I've ever received I don't have a spare tyre I'm even scared to drive because I onced slept at the bushes
