worst service ever from bidvest group

I have been a loyal customer with Bidvest group on their extended car service plan and I also have a car tracker with them since 2020, but the service I received from them last week Wednesday the 5th of April 2023 was not only inconveniencing but awful. i took my car in for service at the nissan northwest as I had an extended service plan with bidvest until 120 000km. They declined the quote for payment even though i was paying them for this service. i would not recommend bidvest to anyone for anything i will also be cancelling my tracker with them.

i am very much dissapointed with their service they very good in taking money from customers but fail to deliver what you paying for.
