Worst Insurance Support
The customer support of Bidvest Insurance is ridiculously lousy. For the past 2 weeks I have been left to follow up on the status of my claim everyday and to-date it is still not resolved. I never received such disgraceful service from any other insurer. Will defintely not recommend it to anyone.
