Worst Insurance Company Ever!!!

I have had the bidvest Tyre Angel policy for two of my vehicles, i have been trying to claim for a three incident since 11 August 2023, today they call me and say they are going to send out an assessor on Monday to come and take clear pictures for my claim after a back on forth for 3 months trying to settle a claim for 1 tyre and Rim. After sending all the required supporting documents you must then call them to follow up because all you will get is the automated response. If you have cover with them rather cancel it because they will find a reason to not honor the claim even if you send them all the information they requested
