Worst Experience Ever!

It's good to see how most people speak so highly of Bidvest, I guess I am the problem. I submitted a claim 2 weeks again, from the date I submitted to now I am the only contacting and doing all follow ups no one ever gets back to me. Its been 4 days now my car sitting at the deal for repairs with an open engine, the claims department is not getting back to us to advise whether the claim is approved or not. Whenever I call to get an update, am being told I ll get an update the following day, this is affecting me so bad as I have to now use uber to drop my son at school and go to work.
