Worse insurance company ever

Yhooooo! Wait until you submit a claim at Bidvest insurance. I submitted a warranty claim on the 01st March 2022, but till today my claim has not been finalized. They do not even respond up until you call them. They said once they sent an email to the repairers I must contact the repairer and tell them to respond to their email.

I had two policies with this company, but canceled the Tyre angel because I saw that this will happen again when claiming in the future. They don't forget to collect the premiums even they with their poor service. Will be canceling this warranty policy and want nothing to do with anything that is name Bidvest.

I just hate every thing name Bidvest, especially when I remember how excited I was when I first took this policy. This is my second agreement with no claim.
