Worse company ever

I took scratch and dents with them. Took my car to glassfit for assessment the same day i took cover and i don't know what happened between them and Glasfit. Some how they didn't get the assessment. Went back again for assessment. Had a claim and ive been waiting for feed back for almost a month. I've got motor warranty with them and i pay R600. Does it mean i will have same issues when i claim from my motor warranty? I'm beginning to doubt their service and products. Their service is pathetic
