Horrible, Shaddy, rude service! Stay away from their tyre and dents insurance They will do anything no to pay out. I think their philosophy is to create a frustrating claiming process so you end up not proceeding with claims, yet paying premiums. I have dealt with claims departments, this is by far the worst admin, rude staff, tedious processes I have ever come across. Guess what, I am not losing another day or premium trying to stay a client at Bidvest, it’s not worth it. Now I understand why most people were discouraging me about Bidvest.
