Warranties Claim

I am quite happy with the service level I received from Devan Govender after a week of empty promises from his colleagues. It is quite sad to have to go through about four people before one get the service I received from Devan. I fully understand that things must be done in line with the company policies and procedures but it is also important for one to put himself/herself in your clients shoes from time to time especially at a time of need. Once again I would like to thank Devan for coming to my rescue with so much professionalism.
