Very very Bad after sales service drom BIDVEST MOTOR WARRANTY GROUP

Submitted a claim to replace a coil pack on my chevrolet utility( a very small part) on the 30th of may 2024 after a month of calling everyday and emails ,they rep**** and told me they will only pay for the part and not the repaires cost to install.

Im stranded for an entire month without transport These people do not care about their customers, but takes your money every month.

They take weeks to answer emails. Dont even try calling in , you will wait for days.......
