Very poor service delivery from bidvest

I am very disappointed with Bidvest insurance as my preferred insurance company and I will never recommend it to anybody as a reliable insurance, I logged a warranty claim two weeks ago my Ref:*** and still haven't received any feedback from them and everytime I call they always transfer my call and the assessor is always not available to provide me with the outcome of the claim and now the dealership that is suppose to be repairing my car is charging me storage fees hence the Vehicle has been sitting in their dealership for too long, at first i was told there missing documents and I resubmitted everything that was required but still not getting any joy. Can somebody please intervine to this matter with urgency before I escalate it further.
