VERY INCONSIDERATE AND UNCOOPERATIVE

<p>My daugther was in an accident involving a truck driver from Bidvest Panalpina Logistics in Umbilo and after reporting the accident to the company on the same day, we were furnished with a list of documents required that was lodged the following day. Today, 6 weeks after the accident, we received no constructive response from the company and all replies received after sending them regular reminders state "the claim has been lodged with our insurers". It is sad to receive this type of service in addition to the inconvenience caused by the negligence of a truck driver who was responsible for the accident . We are of the opinion that the company is ignoring the importance of the matter in our individual lives as it does not affect their day to day running of business while it is a huge inconvenience to us and have caused a major setback in my daughter's life. After numerous communications with Bidvest Panalpina for the past 6 weeks, we have now been advised to liaise directly with the Insurance Company and as a third party, this is not protocol and simply a strategy to further delay resolution of the matter.</p>
