Very bad service

Very bad experience with Bidvest tyre and rims claim, i did everything they asked me to do but still they dont want to pay me. Their agents do not care and are very quick to drop the calls. Their pre-assessor by the name of Jennifer Naidoo is forever not responding to the follow up emails. They sent me a whatsapp link im uploading documents every day but still they tell me they have not received. Paople must not join this thing its a ****, they sent me to Tiger wheel and tyre i went there but still they say i must go back, but tiger wheel is their preference moss, how is it my issue that at tiger wheel they are not taking pics they want. The staff is very horrible, a lady by the name Sinenhlanhla at claims she is the rudest ever.
