Vehicle maintenance warranty claim

I wish I had known, I wouldn't have wasted my money for 5 years. I found them to be very unprofessional when it comes to submission of claims. My quotation from the dealership to have my car fixed was R38k and they only wanted to pay R2000. I refused and I immediately canceled the premiums and the policy, and when I canceled they paid me R140 prorated for the month. What a joke. Sounds like a ****. I am still very upset, but I have moved on. I would have rated them a zero
