Utterly bad customer service
Bad insurance company... I paid for R299 warranty and R79 tyre angle. When I had to claim I was asked 1000 questions and told bidvest done cover my tyre. I send them several pictures and nesesary documents I drove in a pothole... Bidvest told me I must pay for my own towing R1250. Again this month bi's est deducted for tyre angle again I'm struggling to claim.
