Useless Bidvest tyre and rim insurance.

Initially the agent was very helpful in registering the claim for my damage to my wife's, car's tyre. That was Thursday morning last week. Since then it has been a non stop effort to get anything from them. Every day another excuse. You stay on the phone for 15 to 30 minutes, being transferred from person to person. And the e-mail that tells you it was sent for assessment. Again and again. A tyre claim should be settled much sooner. Very very disappointed.
