Useless Bidvest Insurance

I have never in my life joined a useless insurance like Bidvest for tyre and rims. I register a claim where my rim and tyre are badly damaged but after it was assessed, it was found that the rim cannot be fixed and the total claim is R1000 towards a Rim and R750 for a tyre, but they insist that they cannot pay that amount in my account, but the problem is that once I buy new sets of rims they wont agree to pay anything because now the invoice will be for 4 rims now. Theres a rude woman by the name of Mellisa Woodraj who happens to be their Claims Administrator, who doesn't care and wont listen to anyone when talking, I don't know if it has skin colour in this maybe if I was white the response would be different she even asked me what I am intending doing after she told me that ****. I am very disappointed with this insurance, I don't know how many trips I did to Tyre Mart trying to sort this thing.
